It allows your establishment to link directly with the General Directorate of Passports, in order to view the data of your resident employees and complete their transactions electronically, without the need to review passports.

The portal includes the following:

Electronic interactive services:
◀️ Changing the profession or transferring services.
◀️ Issuance or cancellation of exit and return visas and final exit visas.
◀️ Issuing or renewing a residence permit and sending it to your facility’s mail via Wasel service.

Search and query service:
◀️ Inquire about detailed information about the resident.
◀️ Inquiry about driver's license and unpaid fines for residents.

Passport Lists Service:
◀️ Statistics and information about all residents under the sponsorship of your facility, newcomers to the Kingdom, holders of exit and return visas or final exit, and fugitives. And the ability to print a list of residents and their dependents information.

Traffic lists:
◀️ A list of all traffic violations for residents of your facility.

Notification service:
◀️ Informing you of any action taken by the employees of your facility in the passports, such as a notification of the imminent expiration of the residency or the expiration of the visa, or the issuance of the final exit visa or the exit and return of the resident or one of his subordinates.

Electronic forms service:
◀️ Fill out all forms for residents of the General Directorate of Passports.
